HYROX
No technical lifts. No gymnastics. Just simple, powerful movements combined with running or cardio.

Not a group person? No problem.
Open Gym is for anyone who wants the freedom to train on their own schedule, follow their own program, or focus on the areas that matter most to them. Whether you’re working on strength, endurance, mobility, or skills, the space and equipment are yours to use — no class, no strict structure, no pressure.
Come in, move at your own pace, and make yourself at home. Train solo, alongside others, or just enjoy the freedom to do your thing — all while being part of a supportive community.

CROSSFIT KIDS / TEENS
For kids aged 6–10 and teens aged 13–16
CrossFit Kids & Teens is all about movement, play, and building healthy habits in a safe, structured environment.
Classes are designed to match each age group and ability level, focusing on strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence through fun games, challenges, and age-appropriate workouts.
Every session is coach-led, engaging, and scaled to each child’s level. Participants don’t just build fitness — they develop teamwork, discipline, and self-belief, all while having a great time.
