CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to move, learn and develop healthy lifestyle habits. CrossFit Tamarin created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to ensure that your kids are coached in a way that keeps them motivated while having fun.

During our classes we will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and helping the kids to build confidence. Our mission is to teach your kids to learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. CrossFit is also an ideal supplement to children who already play sports!





This ladies only class is inspired from the CrossFit methodology. The main purpose of this class is to create a sisterhood of women who support and encourage each other as they unleash their untapped potential within through mindset, fitness and nutrition basics.

This is a beginners-intermediate class teaching you all of the foundational movements . Strength. Cardio. Core. Flexibility are at the heart of each workout. We offer Science based movements to improve your posture. The exercises are designed and adapted to women’s morphologies. We also place a strong focus on pelvic floor exercise and we offer Diastasis Recti Friendly Exercises.





Sweat workouts are professionally designed workout routines to build strength, cardio and core while decreasing body fat. It is a combination of strength and conditioning exercises that allow you to work your full body

The variety of workouts will keep you motivated and help you achieve the results you desire.

Trail, Bike, Ultra , Triathlon lovers will benefit from this class. The workout offered is perfect to complement their sport.
